Auckland Philharmonia Vero Premier Series 2004, Concert #6
Thursday 10 June – 8pm, Auckland Town Hall
The Auckland Philharmonia’s Music Director Miguel Harth-Bedoya conducts the orchestra, leading New Zealand soprano Patricia Wright and exciting young Russian violinist Natalia Lomeiko (winner of the 2003 Michael Hill International Violin Competition) in a programme featuring Golijov’s Last Round and Three Songs for Soprano and Orchestra; Ravel’s Ma Mère l’Oye; and Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto in D. “Let’s Talk Music” with Miguel Harth-Bedoya and Natalia Lomeiko at 7pm in the stalls of the concert venue (free to all ticket holders).
