Sneaky Feet to Play in Cathedral Square
FREE Friday Lunchtime Concert, Friday 20th June, 12.15pm to 1.15pm, Cathedral Square.
With 18 years experience under their belts, Sneaky Feet will be bringing their rhythm and blues style to Cathedral Square this Friday lunchtime as part of the Free Friday Lunchtime Concert series, presented by Christchurch City Council Leisure.
Playing events all over Christchurch and the surrounding area, Sneaky Feet play regular pub gig and festival events.
Danny Wilson plays tenor alto and soprano saxophone, as well as flute. He played in one of Christchurch's most popular bands, Louie and the Hotsticks for more than 5 years, and is also active in the Garden City Big Band.
Gary Easterbrook plays bass, and he brings 20 years of musical experience to Sneaky Feet. Playing rock 'n' roll to country rock, Gary played with the 32/20 Band at the Southern Blues Bar for many years.
Mike Arthur, on guitar and vocals, is originally from Sydney. He began as a classical guitarist, but soon extend his talent to include jazz, rock and funk.
The band will be playing music from the last five decades, with an emphasis on rhythm and blues.
