Showdown In Seattle
The first episode of this five-part series screens on Triangle Television this Wednesday [May 17] at 8.30pm.
Episode One: Seattle Prelude Seattle warms up as thousands pour into the city for week-long rallies and demonstrations.
Activists explain why they are in Seattle, we see acrobatic banner drops, a building take-over by housing activists and
preparations by the Direct Action Network together with interviews with Jubilee 2000 participants, labour leaders and
congress people.
