Stuff Fibre named NZ’s best fibre broadband provider second year in a row
Stuff Fibre was named Best Fibre Provider at the Broadband Compare TUANZ Awards last night. After winning the category at the inaugural 2017 awards, Stuff Fibre beat out Voyager, Orcon, and NOW NZ to be named the strongest overall fibre broadband service provider in the country.
Since launching in 2016 as a joint venture with Stuff (previously Fairfax Media), Stuff Fibre has been wholly acquired by Stuff and has grown from a small start-up to a recognisable force in the ultra-fast broadband (UFB) market.
Stuff’s Commercial Director of Strategy & Ventures Scott Brown, says “Stuff Fibre has continued to refine its laser-focus on providing the best customer service in the fibre market, a reliable internet experience and support to help Kiwis get the most out of their fibre connection.
“We’re overjoyed to again receive recognition from the industry like this - coming out on top amongst the other providers. With Stuff Fibre we are truly passionate about providing the best possible product and service we can - so to be called out and credited like this is truly humbling.”
Stuff Fibre offers fast, uncongested fibre speeds of up to 200 Mbps where available, high-quality fibre-ready routers at no extra charge, and unlimited data - all at a competitive rate. Stuff Fibre also offers customers a new release movie each month through its on-demand-movies partner, Stuff Pix.
“We’re always looking at how Kiwi’s internet habits are changing and how we can best meet their needs - whether that’s making the internet safer at home, offering speed boosts to heavy-users, providing an exceptional New Zealand-based call centre, or giving the family an excuse to have a movie night each month with a free flick on us.”
The Broadband Compare TUANZ Awards were first launched last year to recognise New Zealand's leading internet providers and broadband services for Kiwis. This year, Stuff Fibre was also nominated for Best Specialist Broadband Provider and was a contender for the People’s Choice Award.
New Zealanders can find out if fibre is available at their home and get a special rate of $49 for the first three months of Stuff Fibre at:
