Upper Hutt’s Lucky Christmas Shopper is back and bigger than ever!
Local retailers team up with Upper Hutt City Council and the Upper Hutt Leader to give away $10,000 worth of prizes to people who shop locally this Christmas.
UPPER HUTT, Wellington NZ, 24 NOV 2016—Customers who do their Christmas shopping in Upper Hutt between Thursday 1 December and Sunday 18 December, could be in for a chance to win big—taking home a share of $10,000 worth of prizes.
Upper Hutt City Council, the Upper Hutt Leader, and local retailers would like to thank customers for supporting Upper Hutt businesses this holiday season.
Valued at over $10,000, Upper Hutt’s Lucky Christmas Shopper prize pool is bigger than ever this year. The prize pool includes a 32” Panasonic TV; a four-person, two-room tent; beauty and hair products; fishing gear; a gingerbread house; books; art work; gift baskets; hampers; and loads of gift vouchers.
“Previous years’ winners have been absolutely delighted with the selection of goods and vouchers they have won right before Christmas,” says Sarah Garnham, Council’s Retail Coordinator. “Some winners gift their winnings to family and friends, while others head into town for a shopping spree.”
Shoppers who spend $10 or more in a participating store can receive an entry form. Four lucky shoppers will be drawn on Wednesday 21 December, and will each receive a share of the $10,000 prize pool.
Lucky Shopper terms and conditions, along with a list of participating stores, can be found online at www.visit.upperhuttcity.com/promotions
