UK ex-Premier League Nic Coward joins Oritain Board
Auckland, New Zealand: August 15, 2016– Oritain International has today announced that ex-Premier League General
Secretary Nic Coward will join its Board of Directors effective immediately.
As General Secretary of the Premier League, Mr. Coward was responsible for growing and protecting the Premier League
brand in a changing media landscape and under his stewardship, underwent a sustained period of exceptional growth,
cementing it as the world’s most pre-eminent football league.
Oritain Chairman Stuart Nattrass says that Mr. Coward brings with him extensive legal and brand marketing expertise, as
well as long experience in international corporate governance.

Mr. Coward was the first Chief Executive for British Horseracing Authority (BHA), and more recently filled the
challenging role of General Secretary of the UK Premier Football League.
His tenure on the Oritain Board of Directors commenced 1 August 2016.
Oritain is a New Zealand-born, global leader in using forensic science to determine food provenance. It exists to
protect the reputations of its customers by identifying and mitigating well-known risks in the food supply chain.
