19th year for Fidelity Life’s ‘excellent’ financial rating
New Zealand-owned life insurance company, Fidelity Life, has been awarded an A- (Excellent) financial strength rating
for the nineteenth consecutive year.
The rating was reaffirmed by global credit rating agency for the insurance industry, A.M. Best. Fidelity Life was first
awarded its A- (Excellent) rating in December 1996.
“This excellent financial strength rating again reflects a consistent show of confidence in Fidelity Life, which has
continued for close to two decades. A.M. Best has also declared our long-term outlook as stable, which provides
continuing confidence for our customers,” said Chief Executive Milton Jennings.
The affirmations reflect Fidelity Life’s adequate risk-based capitalisation, favourable liquidity position and
consistent operating results.
