Light on weight but heavy on performance
Gardeners celebrate! The struggle to lift heavy bags of potting mix in and out of the car is now a thing of the past. Daltons have released an innovative new product called Easy Lift Potting Mix that has been designed especially for those who need to carry a lighter load.
Although much lighter than traditional potting mixes, this product is still heavy on performance. Daltons Easy Lift can be used indoors and outdoors and has a blend of high quality ingredients and fertilisers for growing plants in pots/containers or hanging baskets.
Colin Parker, General Manager of Daltons said; In recent years we have received feedback from our customers and retailers that there was a need for a lighter option for gardeners who struggle when it comes to transporting potting mixes home from their local garden centre. So we designed Easy Lift Potting Mix which is a lightweight high performing option that is more convenient and manageable to carry. So far the feedback has been incredibly positive.”
Avid gardener, Susan Abercrombie from Whangaparaoa, agrees with Parker; “I always enjoy garden shopping, but not when it comes to getting the bags of potting mix in and out of the car, which can be arduous. I was pleasantly surprised at how much lighter and easier the new Daltons bag was for me to manage.”
Daltons Easy Lift also contains coco fibre for improved water holding and healthy root growth. Plus the added Permawet wetting agent ensures even moisture distribution throughout the container, which is important as pots and hanging baskets can dry out very easily.
The new Daltons Easy Lift Potting Mix is blended from natural and renewable ingredients and retails for $11.00 excluding GST per 25 litre bag. It is available nationwide now through Bunnings and all good gardening centres. For more information on Daltons or their products go to www.daltons.co.nz or visit them on Facebook.
