Wellington’s biggest property competition
Rachel Smart has pocketed $20 000 in prizes as part of one of Wellington’s biggest property competitions.
Ms Smart received a $12 000 discount off a Nouvo home and a $5 000 interior design package.
The prize package includes items from iconic Wellington design brands including Yoyo Furniture, LET LIV, Dulux and Lewis’s. The package also includes professional interior design advice.
Yoyo Furniture, Dulux and Lewis's each donated a $1000 gift voucher. LET LIV donated a LET LIV Striped Rug, Z Lamp by Leitmotiv and LET LIV Moroccan Leather Pouf.
Participants entered by simply by pinning their dream-home interior ideas on website Pinterest, and posting it to Nouvo’s facebook page.
Nouvo is a modern, urban village that celebrates city living in Wellington, at a price that first time home-owners can afford.
The apartment and townhouse development is located opposite the Basin Reserve and next to Government House at 7, Alfred Street.
Aimed at first-home buyers, weekly mortgage repayments are less than weekly rent, with as little as $320 going towards a weekly mortgage.
