First Autumn Waikato HomeXPO a win win for visitors and exhibitors
Business was brisk at the first Waikato HomeXPO. The nearly 15,000 thousand visitors were quick to snap up great deals for building, renovating and a diverse range of home improvements over the three day event.
Exhibitors credited both the timing and the quality of the boutique Autumn event.
Home owners were keen to take advantage of some excellent HomeXPO prices to get organised before winter sets in and exhibitors reported a consistently high level of sales, bookings and quote requests across each day.
Amongst the 58 exhibitors who are very happy with the positive exposure and business generation Cambridge Homes, Ahead Home Products with their security and screen doors and energy saving retro double glazing system and Contemporary Classics International who reported exceptional results. Other exhibitors were anticipating good prospects over the coming weeks as a result of the high numbers of positive enquiry during the show. The Toi Toi pop up café and bar, with its gourmet organic food was also a major hit.
The Waikato HomeXPO, part of the revamped Waikato Show which includes the Waikato Music Expo and numerous highly popular community organisations. The Waikato Show re-launched last year with the HomeXPO making its successful debut this year.
