MEDIA RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE USE
DIY Website Offers Substantial Discounts for Health Insurance & Life Insurance
Endeavour Select Services Ltd has been established to provide access to life insurance and health insurance on the Internet with a Fully Automated Online Model.
Des Morgan director of Endeavour Select Services Ltd said Internet-savvy and -empowered consumers can now overcome the ‘grudge’ in this traditionally grudge purchase in two ways. First, with the incentive of a cheaper price and, secondly, by doing it themselves on the Internet.
“Consumers now have the power of choice as never before and increasingly that choice will be to put their money where they perceive real value. And if that means a new generation of customers who will go online and buy life insurance and health insurance instead of it being sold to them, it will be good for the entire industry” Morgan said.
Through their life insurance website www.discountedlifeinsurance.co.nz consumers receive a cash rebate of 50% of the first year’s premium if they complete their application online and a 25% cash rebate of the first year’s premium if they purchase their health insurance online at www.discountedmedicalinsurance.co.nz
Des Morgan said by offering these incentives together with providing excess options on health insurance to keep premiums affordable he hoped to encourage consumers to revisit their financial obligations and provide adequate protection for their families should the unexpected occur.
