Goldridge Wealth Management Enters Joint Venture with Ginger Group
Goldridge Wealth Management FSP39961 (Goldridge), one of New Zealand’s leading wealth management groups, has announced that it has entered into a joint commercial venture with Ginger Group to provide its impartial I3MP® wholesale investment solution to advisers nationwide.
Goldridge has been operating as an autonomous financial service provider for over 10 years, and has established a strong reputation for its quality investment management and analysis capabilities.
The network of advisers within Ginger Group, the recently launched merger of PIS, Minerva and Brokers Independent Group, will actively access Goldridge’s impartial wholesale investment solution (I3MP®). The arrangement with Ginger Group will extend both organisations’ capacities to offer a broader scope of services.
Goldridge chairman Daniel Mintz said, “Goldridge now offers its solid, finely-tuned and impartial I3MP® investment solution to external like-minded advisers and network groups, and this new joint venture with Ginger Group offers an exciting opportunity for us to deliver our unique service to a dynamic national network.”
David Whyte, CEO of Ginger Group, said, “Daniel and the Goldridge team share similar values to the Ginger Group team. The expertise and experience in Goldridge is an outstanding resource which fits perfectly with our strategy and is consistent with the concept of extending the scale and scope of adviser support services.”
Goldridge is a 100% privately-owned New Zealand financial services and investment planning company. It was established in 2000 by financial management advisers, and is independent of any fund manager or bank. Goldridge financial advisers have many years of combined experience in financial planning and business management. Their investment management is based on well-researched, diverse and comprehensive strategies covering a wide range of assets.
Ginger Group resulted from the merger of three established distribution organisations: financial services and investment firm PIS (NZ) Ltd, the Minerva Group (which undertook a joint venture with PIS in early 2010 to form Minerva PIS (NZ)), and Brokers Independent Group (BIG), an advisory group with a substantial training and business support arm for financial advisers. Ginger Group comprises more than 400 financial services practitioners across all branches of the industry.
