Mortgage Link Celebrates Its Champions
Mortgage Link, the nationally branded mortgage advisory group, had its annual conference in Wellington recently, and took the opportunity to celebrate its champion performers. Rod Templeton, Chief Executive, said “Our conference reinforced that our teams like being together, like learning together, and certainly like celebrating together”.
“Our conference theme this year was “Our Changing Environment + Unique Strategies = New Opportunities”, very much continued our theme of differentiating our business from other players by providing real value in the services we offer our clients. It does seem clients really appreciate advice at the moment given the continually changing environment, and this is the real opportunity for our Group. At our conference it was reinforced business has evolved significantly from being just a mortgage broker introducing clients to lenders. The good thing is our lender partners also recognise the value we bring to our partnerships, and are differentiating the support they give to players within our industry”.
On the subject of celebrating successes, Rod Templeton said “It is certainly a measure of our family that we love celebrating and acclaiming our winners. The awards are not made lightly because they are important to our teams, and there were some outstanding performances in a pretty unforgiving market”.
