World-First Kiwi software set to revolutionise business sales and e-marketing
A Bay of Plenty company is launching new computer software offering businesses a smarter and faster solution for managing marketing and sales.
RéserveGroup’s évoSuite enterprise™ is a flexible, eco-friendly, future-proof and affordable alternative for managing marketing and sales systems.
In a genuine world-first, all of this software, offered through a private cloud, is operated from within a user’s Microsoft Outlook - where business people spend much of their working lives.
“We believe innovation is the only way out of recession, so we wanted to offer businesses a system, within their Outlook, that could dramatically increase efficiency, improve sales and service, reduce costs and increase profitability,” says RéserveGroup Managing Director, Henrik Arlund.
“While the solution was developed to meet very sophisticated sales and communications needs, we’ve also made it completely scalable and affordably priced; so that New Zealand’s economic backbone - the SME – can enjoy the benefits.”
“évoSuite enterprise™ software is ‘cloud’ based – meaning offered through the internet - so you can say goodbye to a high-maintenance in-house system. It will save you the time and cost of ongoing software updates and upgrades and you will no longer need to make huge capital investments in your own servers and hardware, or employ expert IT personnel to manage and maintain the network.”
Wairarapa Chamber of Commerce is currently piloting the comprehensive solution.
“We needed to implement an effective Customer Relationship Management system to increase sales and service and we wanted to improve the effectiveness of our communication and information management. My team can now manage many aspects of our marketing, communication and sales right from their own Microsoft Outlook and through the internet, no matter where in the world they are,” says CEO Steph Gundersen-Reid.
The official launch event will be held on June 25th at the Wairarapa Chamber of Commerce, as part of the Chamber’s own re-launch. The evening will be covered by media and attended by the National Chamber of Commerce Board, along with a selected group of innovative business leaders and organisations.
