Lake Corporation, an Australian-owned leading provider of multimedia contact centre solutions, has announced the

Announcing this appointment, John Latreille said, “Richard brings to Lake an outstanding record of success working for
global technology companies and enjoys an extensive network of senior contacts in the Australian and New Zealand
marketplaces, particularly in the banking and telecommunications sectors. It gives me great pleasure in welcoming him
to our expanding team.”

winning mobile network infrastructure contracts valued at more than Euro 280 million (AUD$460 million).
Before his seven years with Nokia he held senior management positions with EDS in both Australia and New Zealand and
with Systems Software Associates. His ITC career has spanned more than 25 years and included time as national sales
manager for the Australian arm of Alcatel.
