TechTonics appoints Greg Bickerton as new Chief Executive Officer
Wellington, NZ: The Board of Information Management and Infrastructure specialist TechTonics Group is pleased to
announce that Greg Bickerton has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 4th August 2008. He will take
over from Ross Bidmead, who has been Managing Director since 1994.
Roger Holmes Miller, Chairman of TechTonics, said Greg Bickerton has an extensive background in IT in both New Zealand
and Singapore, and proven capabilities in sales leadership and business growth. Most recently, he was Group Manager,
Sales South with TelstraClear, a company he initially joined as General Manager of DMZGlobal, its specialist IT security
services subsidiary. He has also held senior roles with Synergy, Ericsson Communications and Unisys.
“We are delighted to have a CEO of his calibre and TechTonics will benefit from his experience and networks within the
Government and Enterprise sectors. We are also pleased he has such a strong track record in developing motivated and
productive individuals and effective teams as the backbone of a successful IT business,” Miller said.
Greg Bickerton looks forward to building on TechTonics’ strengths, including deep business and technical expertise and
an excellent reputation with clients, many of whom have been working with the company for years.

Enterprise Content Management sector," said Miller. "As Central and Local Government move to comply with the Public
Records Act this provides the company with a major growth platform.”
Ross Bidmead will remain a major shareholder and active member of the TechTonics board. He will also be developing his
adventure travel business, leading trips to Antarctica, Nepal and beyond.
