Chapman Tripp appoints six new principals and three new senior solicitors

Principals
Fiona Bennett, Christchurch Fiona practises in corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on acquisitions, banking and finance, joint venture arrangements and construction law, advising clients across a broad range of industries.
Paula Brosnahan, Auckland Paula specialises in environment and resource management, advising clients on property developments, retail, infrastructure, land transport, due diligence investigations and Overseas Investment Act issues.
Briony Davies, Wellington Briony specialises in litigation and public law. She provides litigation, regulatory and strategic advice to companies, political organisations and industry bodies, with particular expertise in the gas, electricity and telecommunications sectors.
Siobhan Hale, Wellington Siobhan practises in commercial and public law with expertise in administrative law, parliamentary processes, legislative drafting, statutory interpretation, the Official Information Act, and the law relating to Crown entities and the state sector.
Edward Scorgie, Auckland Edward specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, advising clients on disputes arising from business acquisitions, anti-trust regulation and prosecution, product liability, property and construction disputes, public law, general contract, and tort and equity problems in the commercial context.
Emma Sutcliffe, Wellington Emma specialises in finance, advising banks, corporates and government entities on corporate and structured finance, acquisition finance, securitisation and general banking.
