Robyn Malcolm Announced As Official Ambassador For Right House
Right House, New Zealand’s first one-stop-shop for building energy-efficient homes, has welcomed Robyn Malcolm as its first official ambassador.
The distinguished actress has joined forces with Right House to help raise awareness about the company’s energy-efficiency services.
“We are thrilled to have Robyn Malcolm supporting us,” says Right House CEO, Hamish Sisson.
“Robyn’s high profile, coupled with her passion for the environment makes for a fantastic relationship and we couldn’t be happier to have her involved. We are very much looking forward to working together.”
Robyn is keenly aware of the importance in building a safer and cleaner environment through energy-efficiency. Of her appointment, she says, “There are many different companies and products out there that I could be supporting, but they just didn’t have any meaning for me the way Right House does.”
"When I heard that Right House were a company offering a way to create more energy efficient – and therefore environmentally friendly and economic homes – I was keen to find out more. I'm a busy working mum and Right House are a one stop shop to helping me keep my kids warm and dry while being a great step towards doing the right thing about reducing energy consumption. They are a great idea!" Robyn says.
As the Right House ambassador, Robyn will be regularly involved with promoting the new energy-efficiency company. She has already been the key-note speaker at their solution centre openings in Christchurch and Auckland (Botany Downs and Albany) and her house is currently being given a Right House makeover.
Robyn says, “Environmental interest and responsibility is on the increase and we all know the benefits of having an energy-efficient home. However, information isn’t always readily available. There’s still a lot of confusion over how to best build an energy efficient home, and Right House solves that problem.”
