AA Insurance opens new motor claims centre in Penrose
AA Insurance is celebrating the launch of its second Customer Service Centre in Penrose (477 Great South Road), on Thursday 28th February at a ceremony at 4.30pm.
Penrose High School’s Kapa Haka group will be performing at the launch ceremony. Special guests include Bridget Graham, Chairperson, Maungakiekie Community Board; Brian Gibbons, NZAA Chief Executive; Chris Curtin, Chief Executive of AA Insurance.
The Penrose Customer Service Centre is designed to provide motor claims customers with hassle free service, by taking away as much of the work and associated stress as possible. This service includes things like making a time for motor assessments, organising a panelbeater, liaising with panelbeaters, providing quality checks, arranging a courtesy car and other such time consuming tasks. In short, it aims to provide a single point of contact for car repairs covered by AA Insurance, and making it easier and more convenient for AA Insurance customers.
This will be AA Insurance’s second customer service centre, the first of which opened in Auckland’s North Harbour last September.
AA Insurance’s new Penrose Customer Service Centre will follow the company’s commitment to work closely with local area technicians, tradespeople and businesses.
The Penrose Customer Service Centre unofficially opened for business on Monday 4 February.
