Wildcard Finalist Spot Targets Remote Rural Romeos
A new ‘Wildcard’ spot in the Fieldays Rural Bachelor of the Year competition is set to make the bachelor search truly national.
The hunt continues for the country’s most eligible rural bachelors this week with entries closing on 19 May 2007. Competition organizers are looking forward to seeing rural bachelors from all over the country, including those outside this year’s regions of Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Manawatu, Hawkes Bay, Otago and Southland with the introduction of the new ‘Wildcard’ finalist spot.
“The Wildcard finalist spot is a chance for any rural bachelors, from anywhere in the country, to take part in the competition,” says Nicole Foster, Communications Advisor for Fieldays. “It’s a real opportunity to get off the farm for a few days of all-expenses-paid fun and competition at New Zealand’s premier agricultural event. And there are fantastic prizes up for grabs,” she adds.
Further information and entry forms are available from www.fieldays.co.nz or from Competition Coordinator, Caz Wood on 07 843 4499. Get your entry in by 19 May 2007.
