New Head of Business Recovery

New Head of Business Recovery at PricewaterhouseCoopers
Partner Colin McCloy has been appointed to lead the Business Recovery Services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He will replace Richard Agnew who has been in the role since Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse merged in 1998.
Mr McCloy is a partner with more than 15 years experience in corporate recovery and insolvency assignments in New Zealand. He was admitted to the PwC partnership in 2005 and his recent work has included the receivership of collapsed finance company, National Finance 2000.
Mr Agnew will remain at PwC as a partner in Business Recovery Services. He has also accepted a new role as national risk management partner, heading up the firm’s risk management and independence function. He will report directly to chief executive officer, Warwick Hunt.
Both appointments are effective from 2 April.
