Success for Wine Trade Online in BNZ Waitakere City Business Awards 2006
A panel of nine commercially astute judges have awarded Wine Trade Online Limited the Excellence in Service Business Award in the Bank of New Zealand Waitakere City Business Awards 2006.
Award winners were announced at a black tie Gala Dinner at the Trusts Stadium on 12 May, attended by the Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Helen Clark, the Leader of the Opposition, Dr. Don Brash, Minister of Economic Development and Associate Minister of Information Technology, Hon. David Cunliffe and other dignitaries.
The Bank of New Zealand Waitakere City Business Awards is an annual event where Waitakere businesses are acknowledged for their outstanding accomplishments.
Wine Trade Online reached the finals in three categories; Best Innovative Company Business Award, Product Design and Development Business Award and Excellence in Service Business Award.
The Excellence in Service Business Award, sponsored by The Trusts (West Auckland Licensing Trusts), is awarded to the business that best "demonstrates year on year business growth from consistent dedication to superlative service".
Wine Trade Online Limited Managing Director, Colin Ford said, "Waitakere City businesses excel internationally in a wide and diverse range of commercial activities and we are very pleased to be included among such strong finalists and to receive this prestigious endorsement of our business and our services."
