FHI appoints new President
Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI), the maker of Subaru cars, has announced a change in the company Presidency.
Mr. Ikuo Mori, currently Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief General Manager, Subaru Overseas Sales and Marketing
Division, has been appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and a Board Director.
Current President, CEO and a Board Director, Kyoji Takenaka, will become Director and Senior Corporate Adviser.
The appointments will become effective by approval at the Board of Directors Meeting, following the Ordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 27, 2006.
FHI is a global manufacturer of transportation and aerospace-related products.
