ePoppies for ANZAC
If you missed out on buying your own poppy for Anzac Day this year then why not consider owning an electronic poppy instead.
The epoppy idea has been established by www.remembering.co.nz which sees it as an ideal solution for those who just couldn't make it out to buy the real thing last Friday.
Epoppy owners can name their own purchase price for the poppies with 75% of any money donated going to the RSA.
Another advantage of owning an epoppy says Remembering co-owner, Peter Barclay, is that purchasers can leave a brief tribute with their poppy or add a poem or comment to the site's ANZAC Memorial guest book.
Donations can only be processed by Credit Card but people are also welcome to place a free poppy if they wish.
