First Assistance Appoints new General Manager
First Assistance, New Zealand’s leading provider of dedicated assistance services has appointed Mary-Jo McDonald to the newly created position of General Manager.
Mary-Jo will be responsible for general day to day management of the business across the key areas of automotive assistance, medical and travel assistance, business assistance, property assistance and third party administration services. In addition she will retain responsibilities for Sales and Marketing and Key Account Management.
Managing Director Murray Berkett comments: “Mary-Jo’s work with First Assistance has been outstanding; her promotion is well deserved, timely and is due recognition of her knowledge and expertise across all aspects of the business.”
Mary-Jo was previously Sales and Marketing Manager for the company. Her appointment takes immediate effect.
