New corporate and commercial partner for Minter Ellison Rudd Watts
Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, has appointed Mark Stuart as a corporate and commercial partner in their Auckland office, bringing the number of corporate and commercial partners nationally to 11 and total partners to 34.
Mark Stuart rejoined the firm in 2004 as a senior associate, after working as a managing associate with Linklaters in London. Mark has been promoted to the role of partner in recognition of the extensive experience he holds in his areas of practice.
Mark’s experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions for both national and international corporate clients, as well as providing general corporate and commercial legal advice. He also has experience in providing securities law advice including advice in relation to NZX Listing Rules and Participant Rules.
Mark’s areas of practice include company and securities law, corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, due diligence and joint ventures.
