Argent Networks Opens Support and Excellence Centre in Beirut
Auckland, 22 September – New Zealand technology and telecommunications company, Argent Networks today announced the opening of their new Regional Support and Centre of Excellence office in Beirut, Lebanon.
Argent is the first New Zealand company to launch into the growing Lebanese market. Argent has also established a presence in the New Zealand Technology Oasis in Dubai, and is rapidly building its business networks and customers throughout the Middle East and Africa.
Chris Jones, CEO and President of Argent, says the opening of the Beirut office at an official ceremony is a very exciting and special moment.
“Argent is the first Kiwi company to break into the Lebanese telecommunications market, and establishing this branch office was an important strategic move to accommodate significant growth in the region as well as support for our business customers,” says Jones.
“Argent has signed new clients in the region, and we expect ongoing demand for our services over the coming year.”
"The opening of Argent’s Beirut office also reflects our recent success and continued commitment to the Middle-Eastern market. The decision to extend Argent’s network in this region is consistent with our plans for growth, and the desire to be closer and more hands-on to the markets that we serve,” says Jones.
