Barfoot & Thompson opens in Beach Haven
Spotting a gap in the Beach Haven market has prompted Auckland property market leader Barfoot & Thompson to expand its branch network to 59.
The Beach Haven branch opened this month and is managed by Barrie Barnes, formerly of Barfoot & Thompson’s Birkenhead branch. Having grown up in Beach Haven, it’s an area that’s close to his heart.
“There has been enormous growth in the Beach Haven area, as it’s one of the few areas left with affordable coastal properties. A three-bedroom house ranges from mid $200,000 to over $1million. There’s certainly something for everyone.”
“I’m very proud to be heading the first branch in Beach Haven. We’ve got a strong sales team of 10 salespeople who are keen to make a positive impact for clients wanting to sell or buy in this area.”
Director Peter Thompson says, “Barfoot & Thompson’s network is the most extensive in Auckland and Beach Haven is one more area where we are pleased to be able to offer our real estate services. I know Barrie and his team will offer a first class service and wish them every success.”
