Appointment of CEO
The Chairman of Oceana Gold Limited, Mr Kerry McDonald, announced today that Mr Stephen Orr, Chief Executive Officer,
has joined the Oceana Gold Board, effective from 17 August 2004. This follows the announcement of his appointment as CEO
on 26 July 2004.
