Bond Announcement
TrustPower Limited wishes to announce that it is to cease issuing its September 2014 Bonds.
Under its shareholder approvals TrustPower is obliged to cease issuance at $54.7 million and this level of sales or
forward commitments has now been met.
Further applications that are not part of a firm broker commitment will unfortunately not be processed and will be
returned to applicants.
TrustPower's success with this issue and its prior issues of long-term Bonds is testament to the high regard in which
the company is held by investors and the financial community.
