Premium Khandallah Sites For Upmarket Living
A rare opportunity to build in a newly developed subdivision in the heart of upmarket Khandallah, and within five minutes of inner city Wellington has just become available.
Marketed by Brian Claasen and Wendy Froggatt of Harcourts Khandallah, the ‘Cashmere Heights’ subdivision offers the rare combination of flat sections, all day sun, panoramic harbour views, quality landscaping and “rigorous” covenants to assure quality outlook of all homes.
Ms Froggatt said, “There is very little land, particularly flat land in Khandallah and central Wellington for those wanting to build these days which makes Cashmere Heights very special.”
The ten sections in Stage One range from 480 to 550sqm. In keeping with its upmarket neighbourhood, the materials, size, and overall plans of all houses will require approval from the developers, Titan 1, before commencing.
“Titan 1 is renowned for its quality residential property development and Cashmere Heights will be a testament to that reputation in every aspect from recessed wall lighting and bollards, to paving finishes and designer planting. A private road will provide exclusive access,” said Ms Froggatt.
She added that they had already received a lot of buyer enquiry, mainly from Wellington people keen on building their dream home in such an upmarket, central and established area.
The sections are being offered by tender which closes Wednesday 10 December 2003, 4pm. Stages Two and Three will include another approximately 15 sections and are expected to be available in early 2004.
