PeopleSoft Introduces Global Payroll for New Zealand
New Global HR Applications Improve Workforce Management
and Performance Measurement

geographic capabilities for Global Payroll to include New Zealand, as well as India, Malaysia, Singapore, the
Netherlands and Brazil.

introduced to meet growing demand from customers in this region.

Additionally, PeopleSoft announced the general availability of four new products in its industry-leading Human Resources
Management (HRMS) suite. As part of PeopleSoft’s new HRMS 8.8 release, the solutions will enable organisations to manage
their workforce and measure performance more effectively, driving higher productivity while reducing costs. The new
solutions include ePerformance, Help Desk for Human Resources and Mobile Time Management.

PeopleSoft Global Payroll can administer and consolidate pay information across multiple geographies and workforces on a
single database. As a result, payroll information is more accurate and timely, and serves the country-specific
requirements as well as corporate reporting and regulatory needs. The PeopleSoft Global Payroll engine provides
organisations with complete control over the most complex payroll processes including absence management, regulatory,
and statutory requirements. This reduces the number of servers and the complexity of support associated with typical
payroll installations.
PeopleSoft ePerformance is an enterprise-wide solution that enables organisations to reinforce corporate objectives from
the boardroom to the storeroom. The solution aligns all employees with an organisation’s goals and objectives, ensuring
that valuable resources are effectively utilised.
PeopleSoft HelpDesk for Human Resources drives efficiency in handling HR-related inquiries by supporting HR specialists
with a 360-degree view of every employee’s case history and HR data. This enables them to quickly manage and resolve
employee HR issues in real time. The solution can intelligently connect employees to an HR specialist with the
appropriate skills to address their specific request.
PeopleSoft Mobile Time Management is the first product to be available within the HCM mobile business applications suite
currently under development, PeopleSoft Mobile Workforce. Mobile Time Management can help reduce costs and save time by
ensuring data accuracy and time reporting flexibility for employees who must connect remotely to their time reporting
systems.
