Commission Holds Airports Conference In Wellington On 3 - 14 September 2001
The Commerce Commission conference to hear submissions on its draft report (released 3 July 2001) regarding the price control study of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch International Airports will be held at the Overseas Terminal in Wellington on 3rd to 14th September 2001.
The conference provides an opportunity for interested parties to present their case and test the arguments made by other parties. The conference also gives the Commission the opportunity to ask questions, but is not an adversarial process (there will be no cross-examination of parties by each other). Members of the public and media representatives may attend but are not entitled to address the conference.
