Fletcher Challenge Forests Appoints New Company Secretary
Auckland, 16 August 2001 – Fletcher Challenge Forests today announced that Paul Gillard will take up the role of Company Secretary and General Counsel on 20 August 2001.
Chief Executive, Terry McFadgen said, “Paul has a very strong background working at a senior level in publicly listed organisations, and I am sure he will make a valuable contribution to Fletcher Challenge Forests.”
Paul’s most recent position was with EDS (New Zealand Limited) as Corporate Counsel. EDS is New Zealand's largest IT services provider. Prior to that he was Corporate Counsel for Telecom. Paul formerly practised as a lawyer to partnership level in the late 1980’s, in New Zealand and overseas.
