New Director Appointed To Sky Television Board

NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED TO SKY TELEVISION BOARD
SKY Television confirmed today the appointment of SKY’s Chief Executive, John Fellet to the SKY Board.
John Fellet joined SKY in July 1991 as Chief Operating Officer and more recently has taken on the role of Chief Executive.
“We welcome the appointment of Mr Fellet to the SKY Board as he brings with him over twenty five years of experience in pay television. This, together with the valuable contribution that he has already made to SKY over the last ten years, will continue to grow and develop the company” said SKY Television Chairman, Tom Mockridge.
John Fellet said “I look forward to taking on the challenges and rewards as a SKY Board member and will work to continue the excellent growth that the company has enjoyed over the last eighteen months”.
With over 415,000 subscribers, SKY is currently in more than 30 per cent of New Zealand homes– of these over 246,000 are digital subscribers.
