New General Manager Ihug Business:
Vaughan Robertson

Vaughan Robertson has been appointed General Manager for Ihug Business.
Vaughan will be responsible for Ihug's business solutions, website development, web advertising and business customer
support functions. He has 15 years experience in customer database management. Over the past 5 years, Vaughan has been
working specifically on Internet marketing.
Recent roles include:
- Business Manager for Virtual Spectator, the live Internet America's Cup product.
- General Manager Marketing for an Auckland based CRM software development company.
- Consultant to a number of New Zealand corporate organisations, on Internet strategy and solution provider selection.
Vaughan is a past Chairman of the Northern Region of the Direct Marketing Association of New Zealand and a past member
of the National Council of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand. He says his new role reflects the emphasis Ihug has
placed on developing its core values - including ease of access and technology convergence - to the business client.
"I am here to make sure the Ihug attitude is delivered to the business client," he says.
"We can do it better, cheaper, and with far more concern for the customer's needs than many current providers appear to
be doing.
