"Fatal crash in Northland"
Emergency services are in attendance at a two car crash which occurred around midday on State Highway 1, near Loop Road,
in Otaika.
A man has died at the scene.
One lane is open for traffic however the road will be closed shortly for the Serious Crash Unit to complete a scene
examination and people are asked to avoid the area.
Anyone who was in the area and witnessed the crash is encouraged to call Northland Police on 09 430 4500.
