Police are seeking the public’s help following an attempted robbery in Morrinsville.
About 6.20am today, a man entered Super Clearance on Studholme Street with a small pocket knife and demanded cash.
The man left the store empty handed and is thought to have got into a vehicle on Lorne Street.
He is described as Caucasian, about 5’6”, of medium build and aged between 25 and 30-years-old.
He was wearing a black peaked cap with a black bandanna or shirt pulled up over his nose, a black jersey, black track pants, and black shoes with white soles.
Anyone with information is asked to call Hamilton Police Station on 07 858 6200.
