Fatal hit and run in Ruatoria to feature on Police Ten 7
An appeal for information on a fatal hit and run in Ruatoria in the early hours of Sunday 16th of April will feature on Police Ten 7 tonight.
Local man Nelson Hari, 25, had been at a wedding at the Te Heapera Marae when he decided to walk home around midnight and was struck by two vehicles and killed.
“We hope tonight’s Police Ten 7 episode will help us to get the answers we need for Nelson’s whanau and friends,” says Detective Sergeant Glen Burrell.
“We encourage people to watch the show and get in touch with any information they may have.”
The episode of Police Ten 7 will be shown on TV2 at 7.30pm tonight as well as TV2+1 at 8.30pm.
It will also be available to view on the Police Ten 7 Facebook page after the show has screened.
