Man struck by car in Manukau
Please attribute to Senior Sergeant Ian Brenchley, Counties Manukau Police.
At 10.46am Police attended an incident at the intersection of Great South Road and Te Irirangi Drive in Manukau.
A car has struck a male pedestrian. It is believed the man had been washing car windows in the area.
The man has received serious injuries and been taken to Middlemore Hospital.
Cordons have now been lifted and traffic is flowing again.
