Published: Wed 29 Mar 2017 11:05 AM
St Andrews on The Terrace presents - “Tea on The Terrace” for the International Trans Day of Visibility, Friday 31st March.
As part of its social justice programme, St Andrews on the Terrace is passionate about supporting other community groups in their campaigning and fundraising efforts - for example, we recently became a Living Wage Accredited Employer.
We are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Rainbow Wellington to bring this special Friday afternoon tea event - “Tea on The Terrace”.
We have previously worked with Rainbow Wellington to observe the Trans Day of Remembrance and more recently to bring the 2017 Rainbow Room Series to the Pride Festival.
We are therefore delighted to be working with them again in support of the International Trans Day of Visibility on Friday, March 31st (#TDOV).
St Andrews has a long history of being a part of the community and cultural life on The Terrace, for example with its Lunchtime Concerts. By utilising the space on our front porch, St Andrews will be bringing new life and festivity to the top end of town.
