Serious crash, Culverden
Attributable to Senior Sergeant Paul Reeves
Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash in Culverden, North Canterbury.
Police were called just after 8am to the crash on Mouse Point Road.
The crash involves a car and a truck.
Due to the crash the road is closed and diversions are in place at SH7 and Flintoff Road and SH7 and Rotherham Road.
The timeframe for how long the diversion will be in place is unknown.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area or delay travel if possible.
The Serious Crash Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
