Police attending serious crash on Clinton Highway

"Police attending serious crash on Clinton Highway, Clutha District "
Southern Police are attending a serious crash on the Clinton Highway, Clutha District this morning.
Police were called to the scene shortly after 5am this morning where a ute has crashed and the sole occupant has been seriously injured.
The driver of the vehicle has been flown to hospital by helicopter in a critical condition.
Due to the crash the road is currently closed with diversions in place at Old Lake Road and Blaikie Road.
The Police Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
