Man arrested in Auckland after officer hit by car
Police have located a man who failed to stop after hitting a police officer with a car in Three Kings, Auckland on Saturday.
A 44 year-old man was due to be sentenced in the Auckland District Court on another matter when he evaded officers and injured a police woman.
Police located him on Tuesday afternoon in Mt Albert after extensive inquiries and he was taken into custody without incident today.
