Huawei P9 photo competition
Photograph Wellington’s landscape, wildlife and natural environment and be in to win fantastic prizes and medals. The competition is being held by the NZ Academy of Fine Arts and sponsored by Huawei P9 Smartphones and Woolf Photography.
The images will be exhibited at the Academy Galleries as part of the stunningEnvironment: Celebration + Conservation photography exhibition, on now.
Here’s what’s up for grabs…
There are medals to be won and fabulous prizes including three remarkable Huawei P9 Smartphones. These are the amazing new smartphones earning rave reviews for their fabulous cameras which are engineered using state of the art Leica technology.
Also up for grabs is a photographer’s dream workshop weekend this September with the very talented Simon Woolf at the fabulous Bay of Many Coves luxury resort in the Marlborough Sounds.
Other wonderful prizes include a ProShow Producer software package from Photodex (USA), camera accessories from CR Kennedy and TAMRAC – and free memberships to the NZ Academy of Fine Arts, with free entry to our next members’ exhibition.

Hurry and get your entry in. We’ll put it straight up on the wall in our Gallery to help you catch the peoples vote. Last entry accepted 3pm Thursday 14 July 2016 – so there’s not long!
Entry is open to all Wellington-based recreational photographers, with a special prize for young photographers age 20 and under.
Winners selected Tuesday 19 July 2016.
