"Missing woman found"
Missing Chinese woman Yaqin Wu has been found safe this afternoon at Auckland Airport.
The 60-year-old Chinese visitor was reported missing after she left the Heartland Hotel foyer around 2.55am on April 27.
She entered New Zealand with a tour group on Sunday and was staying at the Heartland Hotel in Airpark Drive in Mangere.
A good Samaritan recognised Yaqin Wu in local media reports and Airport Police were contacted.
Police are now assisting Yaqin Wu to ensure she can return home safely to China.
