Court Martial at Linton Military Camp

COURT MARTIAL AT LINTON MILITARY CAMP
The Court Martial of New Zealand will sit at 9am on Wednesday 2 December at Linton Military Camp, Palmerston North.
A soldier is facing:
Two charges of committing a civil offence contrary to AFDA section 74(1) namely consuming a class B controlled drug contrary to section 7(1)(a) and (2)(b) of the misuse of drugs act 1975.
Four charges of committing a civil offence contrary to AFDA section 74(1) namely possessing a utensil for the purposes of the commission of an offence against the misuse of drugs act 1975 contrary to section 13(1)(a) and (3) of that act.
One charge of being in possession of alcoholic liquor contrary to AFDA section 52(1).
No further information will be provided before the commencement of the Court Martial.
