Arrest for Assault outside Council Building
A 79-year-old male has been arrested by Nelson Bays Police in relation to the assault of a local male outside of the Nelson City Council building earlier in the week.
The arrested male has been charged with assault and bailed to appear in the Nelson District Court on the 31st of August 2015.
The Nelson Bays Area Commander Inspector Mat Arnold-Kelly would like to thank members of the community that came forward with information that assisted the inquiry team.
