"Myers Park shooting"
Police are attending the scene of a fatal shooting in Myers Park that occurred at about 7.45pm.
A homicide investigation has been initiated and witnesses are being spoken to.
The deceased, a man, remains in situ in the park which is closed to the public and will remain so until a scene
examination is completed.
No further information is available at this stage but more will be provided as it comes to hand.
