Aggravated robbery at BNZ Bank, Henderson
Just after 9am on Tuesday there was an aggravated robbery at BNZ Bank on Great North Road in Henderson.
The offender, who was armed with a firearm, entered the bank, threatened the teller and demanded money.
He fled on foot with a sum of money.
No one was injured.
Police are looking for Steven Peri (pictured)in relation to the incident.
Peri is 36 years old.
Police believe he is armed, he is considered to be dangerous and should not be approached.
It is not known if he has access to a vehicle and he may be using public transport.
He may be anywhere across the greater Auckland area.
Anyone who sees him or knows where he is should call 111 immediately.
